From the first chapter, the game treats Baltimore as more than a backdrop. The markets, harbor, rowhouses, clubs, stadium rituals, and fort walls all carry their own logic, and the quest only works if you pay attention to how people move through them.

Six chapters, one shared pulse

The campaign moves through Lexington Market, Fell's Point, West Baltimore, North Avenue, Game Day, and Fort McHenry. Each district has its own palette, cadence, relic rewards, and neighborhood rules, but the deeper story is about how all those energies answer one another across the same city.

LOOK reveals hidden history. TALK opens trust. USE keeps the scene from falling apart. JAM turns confidence into momentum. That four-part loop is the core of the game, and every district bends it a little differently.
