Today is the last day of Bunny BonanZOO at the Maryland Zoo, with games, crafts, entertainment, egg hunts, and photo opportunities. If a zoo mascot waves at your kid, that counts as a civic blessing.

Parks & People brought the eggs yesterday

Parks & People hosted its annual Easter event on April 4 with thousands of colorful eggs, music, face painting, candy, and a petting zoo on its Liberty Heights campus. That is a lot of tiny hands doing serious field work.

Did you know the Aquarium otters had a snow day?

AP reported in February that visiting otters at the National Aquarium rolled, slid, and romped through snow on an outdoor deck near the Inner Harbor. Not today-news, but absolutely emergency backup cuteness.
